POSITIVE: SARS-CoV2 viral RNA is detected in the clinical specimen.

NEGATIVE: Negative results do not preclude COVID 19 infection and should not be used as the sole basis for treatment or other patient management decisions.

INCONCLUSIVE: This specimen exhibited inhibition in the PCR assay or the specimen contained an inadequate amount of clinical material. This might be due to low/undetectable viral load in the sample. If clinically warranted, repeat sampling is recommended.
